Payment:
-Payments are final and cannot be refunded.
-All prices are in USD and must be paid before I begin your piece.
-After an invoice is sent, if payment is not received within 48 hours the slot will be forfeited and I will contact the next person in my application pool.Reserving a Slot:
-Please use my commissions form which is attached to my public commission opening post. Slots are not first come, first served just to give everyone a fair chance. Upon accepting your slot, I will contact you and invoice you for the full amount.
-Please note: I do not accept every request sent to me.Commission Process:
-I take several people at once during a commission opening, so I am always trying my best to keep clients up to date about their work. I work on one artwork at a time and progress can be seen on my Trello.
-Please do not repeatedly pester me for updates on your commission. If there is a delay on the commission batch, I will post an update publicly to Twitter or I will contact you personally to inform you.
-I will contact you during the the following times throughout the commission process: Slot & Payment confirmation, Rough Sketch, and Delivery of completed piece.
-Major adjustments can only be made only on the sketch phase, so please feel free to ask as many questions as needed during that phase!Other Misc. Terms:
-I have the right to decline your request for whatever reason it may be at any time.
-You can post your commissioned work to your personal social media pages. My only request is to be credited.
-All commissions are for personal use only.
-Please do not alter, modify, or reproduce your commission in any way.

Q: When do you open commissions?
A: Usually once per month/ every other month for standard commission slots. I will always have the date and time for my opening in my name on Twitter prior to opening.
Q: How long will it take to finish my commission?
A: Generally, I set a goal to have all commissions in a batch done within 30 days. Sometimes due to life complications, I may get them done in upwards of 60 days.
Q: Can I give description only requests?
A: If you’d like me to do an illustration for a character who does not have visual references, please feel free to DM me prior to requesting. For pose reference, I do need an image so I know exactly what you are looking for. You may add text to describe additional stuff in the image, but please have a baseline reference for me to go off of.

Q: Am I allowed to submit more than once to the request form?
A: YES! If you have multiple ideas, please submit them. I love hearing your ideas.
Q: Can I request a private commission?
A: Absolutely! I charge a $20 private fee and the piece will not be posted on any of my social media accounts.
Q: Can I request alternate files that aren’t listed by standard for my commission? (Example: Translucent BG for stream schedule use)
A: Yes! Please just make sure to add all addional requests are included when you’re submitting your form.
Q: I need an artwork by a certain date, is that ok?
A: If you need a piece completed by a certain date, please inform me when inquiring about the commission slot so I can see if I can get it complete in time for that date. (Additional fee may apply)
